Scope of Project and Proposal: We provide a clear project scope, proposal and cost estimate for every project. Surprises are great for parties, and terrible for business, so we are clear and concise, with no surprises at the end. We’ll always keep you updated, and if project scope does change, we’ll send a revised proposal before proceeding.

The Design Process: Once the ink is dry on your proposal, we’ll create the designated number of initial designs, and guide you through choosing the best fit for your business. Modern and flat, sparse and functional, classic and timeless or fun and friendly – your brand will fit your goals, budget and schedule. Depending on scope, we may set up presentations, phone meetings, and show you revised designs as necessary.

File Production: We use the industry standard Adobe suite – Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Acrobat Pro – to create problem-free, print-ready or web-ready files. With over 30 years in the business (back when there were actual art boards with stuff glued on them) we know all the pitfalls of color matching, how paper choices affect your final product, and how to make a multipurpose design that works in all media.
